On Partnerships
1.20.2007

In 2005, the Regional Vancouver Urban (RVu) Observatory and Waxy Photography began with a standard one day contract to photograph an all-day event. It turned out that this was the first of many such agreements. Over the year, what began as a single event turned into something more than just a client-photographer relationship: it was a partnership.

RVu and Waxy. In addition to the role that I began playing as an official event photographer, Waxy Photography now has a long standing commitment with RVu to be their primary image supplier. It is this kind of partnership where client and photographer benefit most, from a cost and quality perspective. Feel free to download RVu’s Inaugural Report which features more than 60 pages of photographs supplied primarily by Waxy (pdf download).

You and Waxy. Waxy Photography has an extensive image library to meet the needs of your organization’s project. Waxy’s images are featured on numerous websites, including non-profit, university and local government, as well as their use for an online university course called “Canadian Cities” that features nearly 120 photographs. Waxy also recently entered into another long-term arrangement with the Dogwood Initiative, a Victoria, British Columbia based not-for-profit.

So, whether you need a one time event photographer, or someone on standby to meet recurring needs, please contact Waxy Photography so that we can get your job done together. Waxy is professional, courteous and skilled in taking the right picture at the right time.

Best regards,
Waxy
